Organisational Development

Most organisations exist because of continued development in different aspects which makes it an important business in order to continue running. This can be in the form of technology, strategy, era or even environment. It also is very vital for an organisation to understand the focus of where the economy stands and its future itinerary because it has to be able to adapt in order to survive. Why business/organisational development is important is what we will be focusing on relevance, viability and the reason why organisational assets will focus on its development interests.

The main factors that contribute to OD are as follows because of engagement of employees-;
